We are currently the only real estate agency based in Lesmurdie. Agents from other areas may visit, but only our boutique agency can call Lesmurdie "home".
Based in the Lesmurdie Village Shopping Centre for 26 years, we have a deep knowledge of the area and the local community.
For over twenty years we were part of the international group, Century 21, branching off to re-form as Dupont Realty a few years ago.
We sell, manage and auction all types of properties - residential, strata, commercial, industrial or rural -
in most areas - even one in the USA some years back!
Sheelagh and Alf Dupont
Sheelagh and Alf moved with their 2 children to Lesmurdie, Perth in 1981 falling instantly in love with the Hills - a love affair remaining to this day!
Sheelagh was originally a journalist but moved into real estate in Kalamunda 30 years ago, where she has been working in the Hills area and metropolitan Perth ever since. She qualified as a Real Estate licencee in 1991 and opened Dupont Realty in 1992 , during which time she won several sales, auction and Principal of the year awards and obtained an Executive Real Estate Management diploma..
Previously a chartered accountant working at multinationals around the world, Alf moved into Real Estate 22 years ago and has not looked back, winning numerous selling awards and providing a high level of personal service to clients.
In their spare time, Sheelagh and Alf are avid and regular bridge players, keen Sudoku sleuths, classical music, art and film buffs and enjoy nothing more than watching their grandchildren play soccer.
Martin Dupont
Like Father, like Son, Martin is also a Chartered Accountant, as well as an MBA, with multinational experience around the world. However the Perth Hills are still home and with 20 years experience of property investment in Perth and overseas, his focus now is on finding the best deals for fellow property investors in Perth.
Martin enjoys playing tennis, soccer and the occasional game of bridge in his spare time and is an avid reader of fiction as well as politics, economics and of course property investment literature!
Lauren Dearnley
The newest member of the Dupont Realty family, Lauren is currently undergoing her REIWA training to become a fully qualified agent, with a focus on Property Management. A bit of a trail blazer, she is eager to infuse Dupont's classic ideals of integrity, honesty and client satisfaction with the modern worlds' focus on quick results and high returns. Lauren always has great enthusiasm, a great interest in property investment and a Great Dane (who you may have seen being walked around the Hills with Lauren in tow!).
