These are just some of the benefits we offer as part of our full property management service:

  • Conduct an initial detailed market rent rate appraisal based on comparable properties and carry out regular rent reviews ensuring that the highest rental is being obtained at all times.

  • Advertise vacant properties on various mediums, including the main real-estate websites, window displays, and print advertising. We also keep a database of prospective tenants that we can call upon should your property suit their needs, built up from the many inquiries we receive regularly.

  • Introduce prospective tenants to the property and carry out appropriate and extensive credit and personal reference checks before submitting them to landlords for the final approval

Landlord Insurance Campaign

 

Sign up a residential property to our full management service and receive FREE Landlord's Insurance for the first 12 months.

  • Draw up Tenancy Agreements and manage bond monies in the correct manner, to protect owners from legal liability.

  • Provide a full Property Condition Report for the tenant and owner and conduct routine inspections on a regular basis, providing written reports to the Owner and including any recommendations for maintenance.

  • Arrange for quotes, repairs and maintenance as required. We use our own group of skilled and trusted tradespeople in order to guarantee quality service at a reasonable price. 

  • Pay any nominated invoices and bills on your behalf and provide you with regular monthly statements, and ensure your rent and any other income is received in a timely manner.

  • Handle any insurance claims, assist in resolving any issues that arise with the property or the tenant, and represent you on any legal matter regarding the tenancy of your property.

  • Provide an income and expenditure statement at the end of each financial year which can be used for Income Tax purposes.
